Your order will be dispatched within an average of 10 to 15 working days, from the date of your order (or receipt of your bank transfer for those customers who have chosen this payment method).

To find out more about the types of delivery we can offer
Kipli's mattresses are individually manufactured in Italy. As soon as the production is finished, the mattresses are despatched. You will receive email advising you of the status of your order which should arrive between 48 and 72 hours after the email has been sent.
You'll be able to check on the status of your order via the link you'll receive via email with the estimated date of your delivery. The delivery details will not provide a precise time - delivery may take place at any time on the designated day. For this reason, we do recommend that you ensure that someone is at home to receive your order on the given date.
We cannot guarantee that heavier items will be carried upstairs by the courier at the time of delivery.
Therefore, if you think you'll be unable to carry your order upstairs yourself, you should ask a friend or neighbour to help in the event that the courier company is unable to provide this service.
Our mattresses are rolled up, compressed and protected by a jute bag and shipped in one of Kipli's boxes.
Our beds are shipped in kit form in cardboard boxes. (2 boxes.)
Our other products are shipped in Kipli boxes.
Delivery should be within an estimated 10 to 15 working days, from receipt of your order, or from receipt of a deposit or bank transfer for those customers who have chosen this method of payment.
If you are out at the time of delivery
If you're not in at the time of delivery or if the estimated delivery date and time don't suit you, you can choose from the following options by contacting the transport company's website via the link provided in the email that will be sent to you:
- Choose a new delivery date
- Send the order to a different address
- Choose a pick-up point near your home
- If there is no response from the customer, the delivery company will return the next working day to try and deliver the order again.
